Drifting Off

Drifting off on the sidetrack of life, with no pleasure and no guilt. No regret and no remorse, because I chose every moment, and I welcome every experience with an open heart. To be in a constant state of departure while always arriving. To be vulnerable but comfortable. To be here and now, to breathe in on every thought and to slowly fade away...

And then when I turn the lights off, for some odd reason, the darkness feels comforting instead of fearful. I can only look into myself now, imagining my own world. Always on the edge of the limit and always keeping myself company. To drift off is to accept future sacrifices, to be fully aware that where you're headed to will be yours. Let the unbreakable and perfect balance of nature guide your every step.

I don't exactly know what I meant by all this, but it's sort of a mysterious description of my present lifestyle. I like it.
